Risotto with strawberries
Instructions
1/2 finely sliced onion and put it to wilt in a pot with 60 g of butter.
When it is softened and Golden pour in the rice and toast for 2 minutes.
Pour the dry white wine and let evaporate.
Start then the normal cooking risotto with meat broth, or vegetable prepared with meat extract.
After about 10 minutes the risotto the strawberries, cut in half if small or four if large, and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat, add the butter and mix with energy before serving.
