Risotto with Sausage (Risotto con Salsiccia)
Instructions
Saute in oil and butter chopped onion and crumbled sausage.
Add the wine and let evaporate.
Merge with centered diluted in 1/2 glass of warm water, salt, pepper, spices tied to bunch and Cook, covered, for 15 minutes.
Combine the peas and then the rice and bring to cooking by combining the broth a little at a time.
