Risotto with Sausage (4)
Instructions
In a saucepan, sauté the chopped onion, carrot and celery with oil extra virgin olive.
When it is wilted add the peeled and chopped sausages, wet with wine and let dry.
Add the rice and the broth a little at a time in which melted the tomato paste.
Cook stirring constantly flows.
Serve with plenty of pepper and grated Parmesan.
