Black risotto in the microwave
Instructions
Clean the cuttlefish taking aside bladders black, wash, dry and cut into thin strips.
Put in Bowl, onion, garlic, tomato and parsley.
Stir, cover and cook for 2 minutes at 600 w.
Add the cuttlefish, stir and cook 7 minutes covered.
Add the rice, the black of cuttle fish, wine and 70 cl of boiling water; stir and cook for 15 minutes covered at 600 W.
Add salt and pepper, a bit of parsley and let rest 2 minutes.
