Instructions

Saute chopped onion in butter.

Combine vegetables, Peel and cut and leave them to soften.

Add the rice, add 1 glass of wine and let evaporate.

Bring cooking risotto, adding from time to time a ladle of hot broth.

Adjust with salt and serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese.
