San daniele risotto
Instructions
Fry the chopped onion in oil and butter, add the rice and toast.
Spray it with red wine and let it evaporate.
Bake basting with broth as it is absorbed.
Cut the ham into strips and add to the rice 5 minutes before attempting to lift it from the fire.
Stir well and bring the rice for doneness.
Serve with grated Parmesan.

- 400 g of rice
- 200 g of san daniele ham
- Red wine
- Broth
- Butter
- Olive oil
- 1 onion
- Grated parmesan cheese
