Instructions
Cook in oil and butter roast beef, spraying it with white wine.
Combine the port, a knob of butter with the flour, then the worcester, cream and mustard.
To thicken the sauce and serve with the sliced meat.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 600 g of roast beef
- Olive oil
- Butter
- White wine
- 1/2 cup of porto wine
- 1/2 tablespoon of flour
- 1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons of cream
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
