Chocolate chip cookies
Instructions
Mix flour, potato flour, cocoa, sugar and yeast.
In the Middle put the egg, butter, vanilla, salt and milk.
Mix the ingredients together, form a dough and wrap it up in the film, keep it in the fridge for half an hour then roll out the dough into a sheet of 5 mm and with the wheel made of squares that you will put on the oven lined with baking paper.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
If you wish, you can also add a teaspoon of cinnamon powder.

- 200 g of flour
- 100 g of potato starch
- 20 g of cocoa
- 80 g of butter (or half of corn)
- 120 g of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 5 tablespoons of milk
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder (optional)
