Instructions
Check the courgettes and cut finely, then strizzatele well with the help of a cloth to remove any water.
Grate the chocolate.
Make toast the walnuts in a non-stick frying pan without adding seasoning, then chop.
Mounted in a bowl with electric whips the butter with sugar until creamy.
Add the egg, left at room temperature, Zucchini, nuts and vanilla extract and mix well.
Then add the flour sifted with baking powder first and a pinch of salt, stir again, then the chocolate cream.
Using 2 teaspoons, spread the mixture to well spaced mounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees already warm for 10-15 minutes.
Let cool the cookies on a wire rack and serve.
If you don't find the vanilla extract, you can use the vanilla powder.
