Kidney To agro
Instructions
Deprive the kidneys of all the fat; cut them into slices about 1/2 cm.
Sauté the onion with butter and a sprig of chopped parsley; Add the kidney slices and let them FRY rigirandole.
Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes, then sprinkle with about a tablespoon of vinegar.
Evaporate, stir and serve immediately.

- 2 veal kidneys
- 50 g of butter
