Instructions

Put the sliced kidney in a pan on fire allegro because bitter fluid spurghino; then flip them in a colander and let drain for 30 minutes.

To dry the sliced onion in lard, add chopped tomatoes; to season 10-15 minutes and join the kidney; Sprinkle with the white wine and cook about 10 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper and serve hot with a sprinkling of chopped parsley.
