Coconut biscuits
Instructions
Melt chocolate with 1 tablespoon of water.
Snow firmly mount the egg whites a little at a time and combine the coconut and sugar.
Stir in the chocolate mixture by pouring a little at a time and work for 5 minutes.
Line with baking paper, grease it slightly plate and spread the mixture in small spoonfuls.
Bake for 10 minutes at 240 degrees.
