Instructions
Fairies Peel and fillet the turbot so you get beautiful 4 fillets.
Put In a pan with 4 tablespoons of olive oil, orange zest and grated lemon rind, garlic, a glass of dry marsala and orange juice.
Add salt and pepper and simmer the sauce for 5 minutes to lively fire, then add the fillets of turbot floured lightly.
Cook on both sides and remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve hot and creamy.

- 1 rumble of 600 g
- 1/2 orange
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 1 lemon
- 1 dram of dry marsala wine
- Flour
- Chopped parsley
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
