Rosolio with cumin
Instructions
In a glass jar to alcohol with all the spices.
Capped well the container and allow to infuse for 10 days in a cold, taking care not to stir the pot at least once a day.
After the indicated time add the sugar dissolved in water 300 g when the solution has cooled.
Cover the bowl and leave to infuse for 10 more days, then filtered, bottled and aged until the bottom have formed large sugar crystals, characteristic of this liquor.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of alcohol at 90 degrees
- 500 g of sugar
- 20 g of cumin
- 10 g of green anise
- 5 g of star anise
- 5 g of coriander
- 4 cloves
- 1 g of mace
- 1 g of cinnamon
