Almond Liqueur (Rosolio Alle Mandorle)
Instructions
Chop the almonds and lemon rind, vanilla and chopped chop the clove.
Put everything in a jar with alcohol and let it marinate for 6 days and then filtered.
Boil water and sugar for 5 minutes and add the cold syrup infused.
Bottled and preserved.
If you wish you can colorize the liqueur with 1 pinch of Saffron or with a dye for pastry.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of alcohol at 40 degrees
- 350 g of sugar
- 270 g of water
- 1 stick of vanilla
- == 1 lemon (zest)
- 1 pod vanilla
- 1 clove
