Centerbe rosolio
Instructions
Put all ingredients (except sugar) in alcohol in a closed jar and leave to infuse.
After 8 days dissolve sugar in 400 g of boiling water and when the syrup has cooled add to alcohol and let it lay still for a week.
At this point you can bottle.
Wait at least 4 months before you consume it.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of alcohol
- 400 g of sugar
- 3 leaves of mint
- 3 leaves of lemon verbena mint
- 3 leaves sage
- 3 leaves basil
- 3 leaves of lemon
- 3 leaves of laurel
- 6 hands of rosemary
- 3 flowers chamomile
- 3 berries juniper
- 2 cloves
