Mint Liqueur (Rosolio di Menta)
Instructions
Melt sugar in warm water and, once cooled, add all the other ingredients needed for the preparation of this liqueur.
Put the syrup in an airtight container and let soak for a period of one month.
After this time all filtered, bottled with Cork and sealing wax and kept in a cool place for ten months.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of alcohol at 80 degrees
- 10 leaves of mint
- 1/2 lemon (zest)
- 2 cloves
- 250 g of sugar
- 250 g of water
