Asparagus rolls
Instructions
Peel and wash the asparagus, boil them in salted boiling water for about a quarter of an hour.
Drain them and dry them gently so as not to break them.
Lay the slices of ham on the countertop, on each put two or three small large asparagus, rolled up and stops the roulade with a toothpick.
Place in a buttered baking dish, sprinkle grated cheese, spread some butter flakes and place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Serve in the same pan.

- 1000 g of asparagus
- 100 g of ham
- 70 g of grated cheese
- 60 g of butter
- Salt
