Sole rolls
Instructions
Skinned the soles and remove the fillets; overlay a thread to each slice of bacon and roll them up, fixing the rolls with wooden toothpicks.
heat the butter in a pan and slightly brown the rolls about 2 minutes per side; salted, wet with wine and simmer covered for 5 minutes; remove the lid and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
at the end add the peeled grapes, mixed, slightly pepper and serve piping hot.

- 4 soles
- 16 slices bacon
- 30 g of butter
- 150 g of white grapes
- 1 glass white wine
- Salt
- Pepper
