Great summer omelette roll
Instructions
Mix eggs, milk, flour, salt and cheese.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan, pour in the mixture and cook.
Transfer the omelet onto a plate covered with aluminum foil.
Cover the omelette (still warm otherwise you may break when you roll up) with the ham, leaving free a border of about 1 centimeter.
On ham spread chopped tuna and mixed in a bowl with mayonnaise.
Wash and dry a spoonful of capers, mince finely and evenly on your tuna filling.
Roll up the tortilla with the aluminum foil and place in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
Serve sliced.

- 6 eggs
- 200 g of tuna
- 100 g of mayonnaise
- 3 slices cooked ham
- 1 tablespoon of salted capers
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
