Puff pastry roll with nutella
Instructions
Formed with the dough disk and spread with Nutella, taking care to leave empty 2 cm margin.
Sprinkle with the walnuts nuts cookies crumbled and dried orange peel, cut into strips.
Roll up the dough onto itself closing good margins and brush with egg yolk.
Place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

- 250 g of puff pastry
- Nutella
- 50 g of walnut kernels
- 80 g of biscuits
- 20 g of candied orange peel
