Hazelnut biscuits (2)
Instructions
Chop the hazelnuts.
Worked in a bowl chopped butter with sugar.
Add the egg yolk and then stir the mixture gently the snow mounted albumen.
Add the flour, half the hazelnuts and 1 teaspoon of yeast.
Mix well then pour the mixture over the pastry Board and knead quickly, adding a little milk if the dough is too hard.
Roll out the dough getting a sheet about 1/2 inch with a serrate or cutters with a glass cut round cookies.
Place as on a plate covered with parchment paper, sprinkle them with the remaining hazelnuts and cook in the oven at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes, until will be golden.

- 200 g of flour
- 80 g of sugar
- 30 g of butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
