Instructions
Melt chocolate in double boiler with a little water.
In a bowl mix the butter (softened) with sugar and salt until they form a smooth cream.
Add the melted chocolate and then the yolks, one at a time, stirring well.
Pour the egg whites firm.
Sift the flour and pour gently in a bowl.
Mix well.
Meanwhile, heat the oven to 160 degrees.
Put the dough in a pan with a diameter of 24 cm, oiled or buttered you, and infornatatela for an hour.
