Biscuits with yoghurt
Instructions
Pour the yoghurt in a bowl and use the empty jar for the determination of the other ingredients.
In a bowl beat the eggs with sugar and roll them into balls until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Add the yoghurt, stir vigorously, add the sieved flour and continue stirring to prevent lumps from forming until the dough becomes soft and smooth.
Grease several stencils, spolverizzateli flour, put small amounts of the mixture.
Bake in preheated oven at 220 degrees for a quarter of an hour.
Remove, let cool and sformateli on the serving dish.
