Pretzels with mascarpone
Instructions
Mix the mascarpone and gorgonzola until they form a homogeneous paste.
Divide in half and add, for either party, chopped parsley.
Prepared with the puff pastry vol-au-vent and cut the sandwiches to milk.
Stuffed with parsley cream sandwiches and cheeses easily cream vol-au-vent.
Garnish with mint leaves and sliced radishes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of mascarpone
- 200 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 1 pack of frozen puff pastry
- Some of sandwiches to milk
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Some leaves of mint
- Some of radishes
- Salt
- Pepper
