Orange salmon
Instructions
Take a nice slice of salmon, add salt and infarinarla.
Melt the butter in a pan and then let us Cook the salmon.
Apart from squeeze a half Orange, in which put a couple of green peppercorns in brine crushed and a generous pinch of Marjoram; We should also become a bit of mint, but just a little.
When the salmon is half-cooked, pour over the Orange concoction and flavour, with a pinch of flour and let it shrink.
At last, add pieces of butter, let it melt and stir a bit to mix the sauce.
Remove from heat, allow to cool what little just because the sauce will harden and then enjoy.
