Instructions
Carefully rinse salmon steaks under running water and let them drain for a few minutes.
Separately, in a baking dish, pour the olive oil, add the salt and add the slices of fish that you will continue to season with salt, pepper, capers, olive oil and bread crumbs.
Finally, add in the baking pan, white wine and a goccino of water.
Place in preheated oven and cook for about 25 minutes at 250 degrees until you will see the classic golden crust.
Serve hot immediately.
