Lamb with rosemary
Instructions
Affect the carré ribs then FRY in oiled 1 baking dish in a hot oven at 220 degrees for 10 minutes.
Then remove it from the oven, then salt, pepper and Spice it with Rosemary 3 cloves of garlic.
Continue baking for 25 minutes, basting with wine.
Meanwhile, chop the remaining Rosemary and 2 tufts of parsley.
Mix the mince with the breadcrumbs.
When cooked, brush the rack with the egg white and sprinkle with breadcrumbs flavoured.
