Sift the flour and put it in a bowl with sugar, salt, baking powder, lemon peel, egg, butter pieces, knead quickly with your hands, form into a ball and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, covered with a cloth.
After this time, roll out the dough with the rolling pin, into a sheet one centimetre high and, using a glass cut into round shapes.
Grease with butter and flour the baking, lay the biscuits and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
