Cookies with chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to about 190 degrees (eye if you have a gas oven does not heat up too much before baking) grease the baking pans.
With an electric mixer at medium speed, blend the butter with the sugar, add the egg and vanilla.
Sift the flour with the baking soda and salt, add the chocolate chips, walnuts and stir to get a homogeneous dough.
Drop the dough by spoonfuls on cookie sheet (to 5 cm); the doses are for 24 cookies.
Cook in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until the cookies have a beautiful color.
Let them cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes, then remove them with a spatula and transfer it on a grid to make them cool.
They should be crunchy outside and soft inside.
