Make firm egg, remove the yolk and finely tritatelo along with pine nuts, capers, anchovy desalted and fillet, with olives, bread, a sprig of fresh parsley and half a clove of garlic.
Gather the mixture into a bowl and, stirring constantly, dilute with spilled oil flush as a mayonnaise.
Add salt and pepper.
Serve in gravy boat.
