Tomini cheese sauce
Instructions
Put the tomini, in a bowl with a wooden spoon mash and mix well.
Add the salt and pepper.
Pour the oil gradually, stirring continuously as you do for mayonnaise.
Out of the oil, add the lemon juice.
It's ready! It is excellent served on boiled asparagus, spread on bread with boiled vegetables in General.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 tomini freschi (or 400 g of ricotta)
- 200 g of olive oil
- 2 lemons (juice)
- 1 pinch of salt
- Pepper
