Mix all ingredients after crushed the blue cheese with a fork, until smooth sauce.

- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- Few drops of cognac (or brandy)
- 2 tablespoons of spicy gorgonzola cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
