Cookies with candied ginger
Instructions
Beat well the icing sugar with a whole egg and 4 egg yolks, add the finely chopped lemon zest, ginger and flour.
Mix well and work until dough is firm.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm and make cookies with stencils.
Place them on a baking pan well greased with butter and allow to stand for one hour.
Bake at 175 degrees for 20 minutes.

- 300 g of icing sugar
- 300 g of flour
- 5 eggs
- == 1 lemon (zest)
- 100 g of finely chopped candied ginger
