Instructions
Roast the peppers and cut them into cubes or strips.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and marinate for 2 hours.

- 8 correderas washed peppers without seeds and svenati
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
