Grapefruit sauce
Instructions
Mix the mascarpone with a small whisk until it is soft and fluffy.
Stirring as for mayonnaise, joined by placing it flush with the grapefruit juice filtered to the strainer.
Add salt and pepper.
Add a tablespoon of chopped Chervil.
Stir gently and pour into a gravy boat.

- 1 grapefruit
- 1 teaspoon of chopped chervil
