Orange Juice sauce
Instructions
Dilute the flour into the milk, pour the mixture in a casserole pan and bring on medium heat stirring until the sauce is thickened in the proper place.
Remove from heat and add the orange juice and flavored with pepper.
Serve with cold meats or fish.

- 100 cl of skim milk
- 10 tablespoons of flour
- 5 oranges (juice)
- Salt
- Pepper
