Orange sauce
Instructions
Pass through a sieve the orange juice, collected in a small saucepan and add the sugar and the zest of 1 orange, cut into julienne.
Cook over moderate heat for 4-5 minutes, then remove from heat, add the liqueur and let cool.
Serve the sauce with or without the Peel.

- 20 cl of orange juice
- 90 g of sugar
- 1 orange (zest cut into julienne)
- 3 cl of grand marnier
