English Butter Sauce and capers
Instructions
In a saucepan melt 50 g of butter, add the flour and cook for a few minutes; Add the boiling stock, continue to turn and add salt only if needed (if you use the nut soup is usually already quite flavorful).
Simmer until the sauce is thick, and the flour will have lost the flavor of ' raw ', add the remaining butter into pieces, leaving simmering and stirring always pianissimo.
