Put soaked the raisins in warm water.
In a bowl mash the cheese and knock it until you reduce it almost a cream.
Add raisins and chopped squeezed.
Stirring constantly diluted with oil and lemon juice is passed into the colander.
adjust salt and pepper.
This sauce almost sweet taste slightly unusual sit well with avocado, cold meat, boiled asparagus.
