Onion sauce for pasta and cereals
Instructions
In a saucepan, over low heat to dry the finely sliced onions in 2 tablespoons oil, add the previously soaked mushrooms and cut coarsely.
Cook slowly for about 20 minutes, adding as they prepare retires, the mushroom soaking water previously filtered.
Switch the mixer adding (if the preparation is too slow) little flour until the consistency of a cream.
Put on low heat and add 2 tablespoons vegetable cream, let stand for 2-3 minutes.

- 4 large white onions
- 25 g of dried porcini mushrooms
- Wholemeal flour
- Parsley
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable cream
