Deviled sauce to English
Instructions
Place the finely chopped shallot in a saucepan with the vinegar and reduce by half; Add the Spanish sauce and tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Complete with Worcestershire sauce and a good pinch of cayenne pepper.
Ideal for grilled poultry.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 25 cl of spanish sauce
- 2 tablespoons of reduced tomato sauce
- 15 cl of white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of chopped scallions
- 1 tablespoon of worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
