Instructions
Hard boil the eggs, place the egg yolks in a bowl, mash well with the prongs of a fork and then mix them with a tablespoon of mustard.
Add a pinch of salt, a pepper and half a teaspoon of paprika.
Diluted with a tablespoon of lemon juice and cream.
Stir, serve.

- 1 tablespoon of french mustard
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
