Banana sauce
Instructions
Mix the bananas with a fork, reducing them to puree; then, with a wooden spoon, mix it with butter (a bit at a time) softened.
Stir carefully so that you get a soft and fluffy, which combine the flour and the egg yolks one by one so that you well amalgamated.
Be especially delicate in the mix so that you do not remove the mixture.
Season with a pinch of salt, sugar and paprika.
Pass the sauce in a saucepan and mix with half of rum; heat aside from the other half, pour sauce on top and serve immediately in fiammeggiate accompaniment for fish and crustaceans.

- 2 very ripe bananas
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 teaspoons of flour
- 1/2 cup of rum
- Sugar
- 50 g of butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- Paprika
