Cook the oysters in their water, Peel, clean and thickly.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and slowly add the flour.
When it starts to Brown add the cream and season with a pinch of salt.
Simmer for 8 minutes and then pass the sauce through a canvas.
Complete with oysters and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
Ideal for fish.
