In sparkling wine sauce
Instructions
Using a mixer, blend the shrimps and add them to the ready-made béchamel sauce.
Season with salt and pepper and add the sparkling wine.
Stir well, and you will get a fairly thick mixture.
Ideal sauce for boiled fish and roasts.
