Instructions
Mix all ingredients.
With the prepared mixture filling a bottle to refrigerate.
Shake well before using.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 30 cl of natural semi-skimmed yoghurt
- 50 g of lean curd
- 10 cl of apple cider vinegar
- 10 cl of apple juice
- 5 cl of corn germ oil
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
