Instructions
Use a well reduced tomato sauce, pass through a sieve and mix it with mayonnaise.
Add the Roasted Peppers cleaned and cut into streaks, oil and salt and stir carefully.
Ideal for meats, poultry and fish.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 30 cl of mayonnaise
- 10 cl of tomato sauce
- 80 g of peppers cut into fillets
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
