Instructions
Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and, stirring the mixture, Cook for a few minutes, taking care that no flour browned.
Add the boiling milk, continue to turn, add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Simmer for about 10 minutes without stopping mixing.
Variation: add 2 tablespoons of cream, 50 g of grated Parmesan, or 2 onions, 75 cl of meat broth.
