Instructions
Chop all ingredients except olive oil and 1/2 cup of chopped onions in a blender and season with salt to taste (don't chop too).
Add more liqueur if you wish.
At the last moment, before serving, stir in the olive oil and the onion.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 6 chiles pasillas, washed, seeded and lightly fried svenati
- 6 spor washed peppers, without seeds and svenati, lightly fried
- 1 teaspoon of salt

- 2 white onions, peeled and chopped
- 3/4 cup of beer
- 1 tablespoon of pulque wine
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of finely chopped white onions
- 1/2 cup of cheese queso fresco crushed
